The Waterfront offers a shared kitchen on each floor, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and ironing board. Free on-site parking is available with ample spaces directly in front of the building. The property is secured with CCTV in common areas and outside, key access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
Rooms
Each room includes an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, a flat-screen TV with freeview, a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels are provided for all stays. Half of the rooms have views of the River Clyde, offering a waterfront perspective.
Location
Greenock Central Railway Station is a 5-minute walk from the building, with direct trains to Glasgow Central. Lidl supermarket is directly across the road, and the town centre, Waterfront Cinema, Waterfront Gym, and Bingo Hall are within 50 to 300 yards. Outdoor activities include golf at Greenock, Gourock, and Port Glasgow, as well as hiking in Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, 2 miles away.
Staff & Security
